ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation email in your inbox and/or junk folder within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customercare@windsorsmith.com.au.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking number.
DELIVERY
For orders with more than one item, your items will be sent separately. A tracking number will be emailed to you for each item within the dispatch period.
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising that your parcel has been re-directed to the nearest newsagency or Post office for you to collect.
A signature is required upon receiving your parcel. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect billing information (or refusal of acceptance) and we are not contacted with an alternate shipping address, your order will be refunded, less delivery costs.
We do not allow our parcels to be delivered as Authority to leave (ATL) as we require a signature upon delivery. If you do choose ATL, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. You agree that ownership of any Product that you order transfers to you once we have shipped it.
We are unable to deliver to military bases or military addresses in Australia and overseas.
Please ensure you are providing a business, residential, or PO Box address as we are unable to deliver parcel lockers nationwide.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
- For all orders a flat rate of $10 delivery plus GST will be charged.
- For standard courier delivery times, please see table below for your area.
- Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse before dispatch. During sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days.
- We are unable to deliver to military bases or military addresses in Australia and overseas.
- All online orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and we cannot fast track orders.
- It is essential that customers have their orders sent to a business or residential address where someone will be available to accept the delivery between 9am – 5pm and sign for the parcel. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the depot where a re-delivery will need to be requested.
- Please note, we do not ship to Parcel lockers Nationwide.
