Due to the extended Easter weekend there will be delays in dispatching orders. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders to be dispatched from the warehouse. Customer Care and Dispatch centre will be closed from 19/4 to 22/4 and 25/04.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 5 - 7 business days. The domestic delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that there can be longer delays during busy sale periods. As such, please allow up to 14 business days for dispatch from our warehouse during this time. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in further delays. For orders with more than one item, your items will be sent separately. A tracking number will be emailed to you for each item within the dispatch period.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising that your parcel has been re-directed to the nearest POP station, newsagency or Post office for you to collect.
A signature is required upon receiving your parcel. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect billing information and we are not contacted with an alternative shipping address, your order will be refunded.
We are unable to deliver to military bases and ships outside of Australia.
Please ensure you are providing a business or residential address as we are unable to deliver to PO Box and parcel lockers nationwide.
- Free delivery in Australia on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 a flat rate of $10 delivery will be charged.

- Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse before dispatch. During sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days.
- All online orders are sent via Couriers Please or Star Track with tracking and we cannot fast track orders.
- It is essential that customers have their orders sent to a business or residential address where someone will be available to accept the delivery between 9am – 5pm and sign for the parcel. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the depot where a re-delivery will need to be requested.
