Shipping



We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 5 - 7 business days. The domestic delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please note that there can be longer delays during busy sale periods. As such, please allow up to 14 business days for dispatch from our warehouse during this time. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch or deliver orders on Victorian public holidays, which may result in further delays. For orders with more than one item, your items will be sent separately. A tracking number will be emailed to you for each item within the dispatch period.


 

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customercare@windsorsmith.com.au or 1800 976 484.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking number.

 

DELIVERY

For orders with more than one item, your items will be sent separately. A tracking number will be emailed to you for each item within the dispatch period.

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising that your parcel has been re-directed to the nearest POP station, newsagency or Post office for you to collect.

A signature is required upon receiving your parcel. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect billing information and we are not contacted with an alternative shipping address, your order will be refunded.

We are unable to deliver to military bases and ships outside of Australia.

Please ensure you are providing a business or residential address as we are unable to deliver to PO Box and parcel lockers nationwide.



AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  • Free delivery in Australia on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 a flat rate of $10 delivery will be charged.
  • For standard courier delivery times, please see table below for your area.
  • Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse before dispatch. During sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days.
  • All online orders are sent via Couriers Please or Star Track with tracking and we cannot fast track orders.
  • It is essential that customers have their orders sent to a business or residential address where someone will be available to accept the delivery between 9am – 5pm and sign for the parcel. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the depot where a re-delivery will need to be requested.
  • Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers Nationwide.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders should be delivered within 3 - 7 business days after dispatch (unless delays occur via customs).

  • New Zealand will incur a $15 AUD shipping fee per item. 

  • USA & Europe will incur a $30 AUD shipping fee per item. 

  • Asia will incur a $25 AUD shipping fee per item.

  • Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to.

  • International customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. If your parcel is not collected and sent back to us, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Windsor Smith if you choose to return your order for any reason.

  • Please note that local banks may charge currency conversion fees that may vary between banks and countries.

  • We are unable to deliver to military bases and ships outside of Australia.
