Windsor Smith is looking for an enthusiastic retail marketer with Social Media experience to help us in our overall marketing efforts across the Windsor Smith brand/s.

You will be an integral part of the development and execution of the marketing plans and the main focus to reach targets from brand awareness and across social media channel's.

This role will engage cross functionally with other teams including, digital, merchandise, retail, and wholesale to deliver an integrated marketing program.

You should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized retail marketing and social media concepts, principles and tactics.


  • Ensure effective execution of the marketing calendar including monthly promotions, creative development, new product launches, social media campaigns, brands and press events
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns across retail and social channels
  • The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth across social media and Pr.
  • Schedule all social media through social posting and multiple platforms
  • Manage influencer and blogger collaborations working with a monthly budget
  • Responding to any social media enquires
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, emails)
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Assist in the scoping and planning for social and brand campaigns


  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements( including traditional and digital marketing such as Social Media across, Instagram and Facebook)  
  • Social Media tools, Schedugram and Iconosquare
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Well - organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
